Limo Marketer App (Go HighLevel) having issues? Watch this.

If you are having issues with the Limo Marketer App, watch the video below. Here are the written instructions:

Desktop:

First log out and log back in. If you forgot your password, do a password reset. Your username is your email. 

If that doesn't work, log out and clear your cache/cookies on your browser. In the video I go over how to do this on Safari & Chrome. If you use another browser, go here: https://its.uiowa.edu/support/article/719

Mobile:

First log out and log back in. If you forgot your password, do a password reset. Your username is your email. 

If that doesn't work, delete the app and reinstall it. In the App Store & Google Play Store the app is called "Go HighLevel" and has a blue, yellow and green logo. If you forget your password, do a password reset. Your username is your email.
