1. How to download the app & make calls - Mobile

To download the app go to either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

Log into the app using your email/password. 

Click on the three lines in the upper left hand corner and go to "Conversations". Next, go to "All". This is where you will find calls/form leads. When you click on a conversation, on the upper right hand corner you will see and phone icon. This is how you place calls from inside the app.
